We are seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive our growth strategy across the nation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing sales representatives and account managers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a national team of sales representatives and account managers to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including telemarketing and outreach initiatives.
  • Oversee the creation and optimization of sales scripts and processes to enhance lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and coaching to improve team performance and skill sets.
  • Manage a pipeline of leads and ensure follow-up processes are in place for maximum conversion.
  • Foster a positive and competitive team environment that encourages collaboration and success.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a National Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong background in managing sales reps and account managers at scale.
  • Experience with telemarketing strategies and systems, including lead management and calling processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Data-driven mindset with a knack for analyzing sales metrics and performance.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
