We’re looking for a Customer Success Representative for an enterprise Financial Client.

Job Title: Customer Technical Services Analyst II
Job Duration: 6+ months
Job Location: North York, Toronto, Canada (3 days Hybrid)
SKILLS:
- 2+ years of experience in a Customer Service environment.
- Promptly and accurately respond to our customers inquiries regardless of channel submitted.
- We do about 90% via online / email channels, and 10% through internal account management and direct call volume.
- A typical day consists of using various systems to support our customers by analyzing data, problem solving, collaborating with CS Team members and other colleagues within the org.
A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position is CAD $20/hr to CAD $22/hr W2.
