Job Title: Payroll Analyst

Location: Santa Clara, CA

Duration: 12 month Contract

Job Description:

Client is revolutionizing how businesses operate. We’re looking for a Payroll Analyst to handle payroll processing, Time & Attendance, Deferred Comp, and ESPP management, while supporting payroll inquiries and ensuring compliance with USGAAP and government regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for the Americas and handle related tasks like garnishments, VOEs, and tax filings.
• Support payroll inquiries, assist with audits, and streamline processes.
• Work with ADP, Workday, Fidelity, and other platforms.

Qualifications:

• Experience with payroll processing and ADP Vantage, Workday, or similar systems.
• Knowledge of payroll laws, multi-state taxation, and SOX controls.
• Must work in-office at least twice a week.

Work Schedule:

8am-5pm PST (M-F)

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the maximum for this position is $35.95/hr. on W2.
