Project Specifications:

- Role-Based Access and Security Framework: Establishes role-based access controls (RBAC) and auditing mechanisms to comply with healthcare data regulations and streamline data access securely.
- Data Cataloging and Metadata Management: Implements tools for data cataloging and lineage tracking, enhancing data discoverability and governance. A metadata management solution spans all health organizations, supporting both technical and business data visibility.
- Pilot Testing with Fake Data: Uses curated, de-identified fake data to simulate real-world data sharing, ensuring that data handling standards are met before implementing on live data

Role Overview: This partner role is crucial in designing and validating the architecture for secure data sharing in a collaborative, federated environment. The solutions architect: Federated Solutions and Governance will contribute to work ensuring that the architecture adheres to governance and compliance requirements, particularly from the perspective of each partner.
- Design and validation of Federated Data Sharing Architectures: Design and validate architectures for secure data sharing in collaborative, federated environments, ensuring compliance with governance and regulatory requirements.
- Development and Modernization of Cloud-Based Data Solutions: Develop and modernize data solutions using Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and Data Lakes, with a focus on healthcare and public sector needs.
- Healthcare Data Privacy and Security Compliance: Align solutions with standards like HIPAA, GDPR, HITRUST, and FHIR to ensure data privacy and security.
- Collaboration on Federated Systems and Strategic Goals: Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to address evolving priorities and operational goals across federated systems.
- Technical Leadership for Integration and Scalability: Provide technical leadership in architecture design, implementation, and performance optimization to support seamless integration and scalability.
Specific Qualifications or Experience Required:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Extensive experience Microsoft Azure, Datalakes, Microsoft Fabric and Databricks architecture particularly within healthcare and public sector environments.
- Proven experience as a Federated Solutions and Governance Architect and/or Technical Volume Lead on pursuits and proposals, specifically within the government or healthcare sectors.
- Strong technical breadth and depth in support of the government markets within the healthcare environment, including solution architecture, implementation, operations, modernization, and contract performance.
- Expertise in designing secure data-sharing architectures for federated environments, with a strong focus on compliance, governance, and regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex solutions that meet both technical and business requirements, ensuring seamless integration across healthcare environment.
- In-depth knowledge of security protocols, data privacy practices, and secure data exchange frameworks, particularly in collaborative and multi-stakeholder environments.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare domain , including data governance and healthcare-specific regulatory compliance standards (e.g., HITRUST, FHIR)
