Opening early March 2025, Cosetta is a new Italian restaurant and pizzeria from a highly acclaimed local chef with restaurants spanning Los Angeles.
We will be open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week. The lunch menu is focused on salads, sandwiches, antipasti, and pizzas. The dinner menu will feature a variety of local fish crudos, small plates, blistered pizzas, and a few larger protein-foward mains. All our bread will be made in-house.
Our mission at Cosetta is to make honest and satisfying food as impeccably and deliciously as we possibly can. It's a place where highly technical cooking and nourishing, craveable food come together organically in a warm and welcoming setting. With most of our seating located outdoors , the vibe will be fun and coastal, with a full bar program to match.
We are seeking candidates with ample experience in restaurants who are also sincere individuals that know how to lead a team. Candidates with the experience to perform, the point of view to be creative, and the humility necessary for genuine hospitality.
Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
- 8-10 hour shifts that will include opening or closing duties
- Menu management and maintenance
- POS system management and maintenance
- Reservation system management and maintenance
- Onboarding new hires, and execution of training programs
- Cash management
