Job Summary:

The Operations Test Associate will perform QC testing and analysis on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods in a cGMP environment. Responsibilities include routine testing, data analysis, microbiology testing, maintaining lab inventories, equipment calibration, and ensuring lab cleanliness. The role also involves investigating assay issues, storing documents, and maintaining training records.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine QC testing (GMP/GLP).

Analyze data against specifications.

Perform microbiology testing.

Maintain inventories, lab cleanliness, and equipment calibration.

Complete training and manage records.

Participate in investigations for invalid assays and OOS results.

1-2 years of industrial lab experience (preferably in QC).

Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office).

Knowledge of GMP/GLP standards and industry regulations.

Experience with ERP, LIMS, and/or QSR is a plus.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field.
