Overview:
Our client, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking an experienced Okta Consultant to support a critical migration project. The role involves migrating from SecureAuth to Okta, including policy configuration and application integration. This project is part of a significant initiative involving the migration of multiple applications and impacting a large user base.
Project Highlights:

• Migration Work: Transitioning from SecureAuth to Okta for a hospital system.
• Scale: Large-scale migration initiative with significant operational impact.
• Collaborative Environment: The client has a full-time Okta resource, as well as an in-house team to support the migration.
• Key Deliverables: Policy configuration in Okta to enable seamless authorization workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the migration of applications from SecureAuth to Okta.
• Configure Okta policies for secure and efficient authorization.
• Collaborate with internal and client-side Okta teams to align migration goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the migration process.
• Provide documentation and knowledge transfer for completed configurations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Okta implementations and migrations.
• Strong expertise in configuring Okta policies for authentication and authorization.
• Experience with large-scale application migrations.
• Familiarity with SecureAuth or similar IAM platforms is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver within tight timeframes.

Preferred Experience:

• Healthcare industry experience is advantageous.
• Experience with complex IAM environments involving large user bases.
