The Service Desk Agent serves as the first point of contact for IT support, providing exceptional customer service through phone, chat, and in-person interactions. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving hardware/software issues, documenting incidents, and ensuring timely resolution or escalation. The role requires strong communication skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. With 2-5 years of experience in technical support, the agent demonstrates expertise in enterprise software, hardware troubleshooting, and process improvement to deliver best-in-class service.
