What You’ll Do:

• Supervise maintenance technicians, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with organizational policies.
• Lead preventative maintenance, equipment improvement projects, and building utilities management.
• Develop and implement safety programs, including LOCKOUT/TAGOUT and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance projects and ensure proper documentation.
• Troubleshoot systems to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.
• Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain certification standards (e.g., SQF).

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 4+ years in mechanical or electrical trades, with supervisory experience.
• Knowledge: Hands-on expertise in maintenance systems, including refrigeration, HVAC, conveyors, and more.
• Skills: Strong understanding of GMPs, HAACP, OSHA standards, and safety protocols.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Availability: Ability to work second shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM), Monday through Saturday, with flexibility for on-call hours.
