Requirements:

  • Fluency in Spanish is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers through phone and email to ensure high levels of satisfaction with current services.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to inquire about and promote additional services for existing customers.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions regarding products, pricing, and availability.
  • Translate and facilitate communication for Spanish-speaking franchise owners.
  • Schedule and conduct sales presentations for potential franchise owners in Spanish.
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry across various customer relationship platforms.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, aiming to exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with the sales and service teams to address customer needs and enhance service offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Basic knowledge of commercial cleaning, facilities maintenance, or service industry standards.
  • Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
