Customer (Call Center)Service Representative - Meridian, Idaho (Just outside of Boise)

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Communicate with customers in a professional and enthusiastic way
-Manage large amount of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
-Follow call “scripts” when handling different topics
-Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide a solution
-Meet personal qualitative and quantitative targets
-In-depth knowledge of products, placement, availability, price and use
-Efficiently assess customer needs for product or services
-Process customer orders and accurately input customer orders into the computer
-Initiate and complete new intakes and assist in setting up new accounts where applicable
-Arranges necessary referral to community agencies or for those traveling, to assist in
continuity of care
-Adhere to all established procedures, policies and safety rules
-Follow safe work procedures and ensure adherence to practice of safety daily
-Perform other tasks as assigned or needed
Additional
-Answer billing and other customer questions or direct customer to proper billing personnel
-Keep work area clean and safe
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
-Excellent customer service skills
-Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
-Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
-Excellent written communication skills
-Good typing and 10-key skills
-Ability to sit for extended periods of time
-Accurately enter data into computer and acquire a working knowledge of any software applications applicable to the position
-Detail oriented

-Computer terminal
-Other office machines (copy machine, fax machine, etc.)
Education or Experience Required:
- High school graduate or equivalent, college degree preferred
