Title: Software Engineer- Web Application development

Duration: 12+ months contract, possible conversion to fulltime

Location: East Peoria, IL

As an Entry Level Software Developer, you will :

• Work with data from various sources around the facility and from our website.
• Create website applications using Django to facilitate factory automation, data automation, or process improvement.
• Collaborate with customers to design the most ideal solutions for their needs.
• Work closely with other team members to learn new skills and functional areas.
• Engage in a learning-oriented environment that encourages growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using Django.
• Analyze and process data to support automation and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with customers to gather requirements and design effective solutions.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and execution.

Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of web development and programming languages (e.g., Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with Django or other web frameworks is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt.
