Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering, or Operations strongly preferred.
• 5 – 10 years of Experience in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering experience.
• 4+ years of supervisory preferred.
• Proficient in Lean Methodologies.
• Hands on IQMS ERP system experience.
• Analytical and problem-solving capability.

Responsibilities :

• Create and manage production schedules based on demand forecasts, raw material availability, and production capacity
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure products meet specifications and standards.
• Allocate and optimize resources like labor, materials, and equipment to maximize production efficiency.
• Manage and lead a team by driving optimal performance expectations.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of production machinery to minimize downtime.
• Understanding of IQMS ERP System.
• Collaborate cross functionally which includes the supply chain, engineering, sales, and marketing teams on products and services.
• Provide innovation and guidance on standardized processes systems to ensure production improvements.
