Product Manager – Pharmaceutical Innovation (CDMO)

Location: Glen Rock, PA

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the lifecycle management of dissolvable thin films and dermal patches, ensuring alignment with market demands, partner expectations, and business goals. This role is pivotal in driving innovation, securing strategic partnerships, and achieving revenue and profit targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic business plans, including market and financial analyses.
• Identify growth opportunities, manage key client relationships, and negotiate contracts.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration on product development, manufacturing, and marketing.
• Analyze market trends, refine pricing strategies, and drive sales growth.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and cultivate strategic partnerships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or business (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years in product management, business development, or commercial operations within the pharmaceutical or drug delivery sectors.
• Expertise in transdermal and oral thin film applications is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Onsite role with ~15% travel (domestic and international).
