We're on the hunt for a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our rapidly evolving team. This particular role is pivotal in our platform migration project, where we're shifting from one voice platform to another. This is a long-term hybrid contract opportunity!
Ideal candidates will possess a strong business-oriented product management background and must have proficient knowledge in the VoIP product space, including specialized knowledge of Broadsoft and Cisco products. A successful candidate will be capable of leading and driving programs from beginning to end, demonstrating proactive initiative to maintain project momentum without needing direction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct product management for various Voice Services, Regulatory Compliance, Enterprise Managed Voice channel support, FedGov channel support initiatives, and more.
- Engage with sales channels and customers, manage vendors, oversee regulatory compliance, provide pricing support, and facilitate sales enablement.
- Coordinate end-to-end team meetings and provide leadership, maintaining stakeholder engagement and productivity.
- Handle all phases of the product lifecycle, from ideation/vision through requirements documentation, feature writing, user story creation, development, testing, deployment, vendor management, and ongoing as well as EOL operations.
- Work across departments on process implementation, procedure updates, and execution, including Sales, Sales Engineering, OSS/BSS/CRM systems, Systems Engineers, Systems Architects, Developers, QA Testers, and Deployment to customer environments.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Product Management
- Experience with VOIP and Unified Communications products and services
- Knowledge of Voice Regulatory Compliance, regulatory requirements, and voice platforms such as Cisco, Broadsoft, Broadcloud, Webex, Microsoft Teams, etc.
- Experience working with enterprise and mid-market customers
- Ability to make competitive assessments, create executive presentations, and develop operations plans.
- Proven experience in customer service and product management
- Proficiency in sales and documentation procedures, and delivering executive presentations
- Solid understanding of marketing strategies, operations, and pricing models
- Familiarity with planning processes and VoIP technology
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability in revenue accounting
- Track record of enhancing productivity through effective CRM use
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deployments efficiently
- Experience in application development and voice technologies such as Cisco Webex Meetings software
- Capable of developing and implementing validation plans
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance rules and regulations
- Strong vendor management skills and experience
