A prestigious luxury Custom Home builder is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join their office in Sarasota, Florida . This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading luxury home builder on prestigious custom home projects throughout the region.

As an Assistant Project Manager , you will support the management of high-end residential construction projects from the ground up. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ground-up building processes. Experience in custom home building is preferred, but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing all aspects of luxury custom home projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with subcontractors and vendors.
• Support senior project managers in overseeing construction activities, ensuring projects meet quality standards and timelines.
• Ensure effective communication between stakeholders, including clients, architects, and construction teams.
• Monitor and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
• Help manage on-site activities and ensure adherence to safety standards.

Requirements:

• A degree in Construction Management or construction related.
• At least 6 months of experience as a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager.
• Experience in the ground-up building process for residential homes.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
