Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a background in property/construction projects involving IT infrastructure or a strong PM open to expanding into property-focused IT projects. This role involves leading and managing projects that integrate IT systems within property and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead property and IT infrastructure projects from initiation to completion.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources while ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate IT systems within construction projects.
• Identify and resolve risks or issues to maintain project timelines.
• Report progress and provide solutions to senior management.

Requirements:

• Experience in managing property or infrastructure-related projects, ideally with IT infrastructure integration.
• Strong project management skills with knowledge of IT systems in construction.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Construction Management, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Familiarity with smart building technologies.
