Qualifications

• This person should be knowledgeable about regulations, permits and project management methodology
• They should also work well with others, be highly organized and detail-oriented, meet deadlines and strive to stay within budget
• A qualified candidate will possess
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field
• 5+ years project management experience
• Experience with design-build construction
• Technically literate individual
• Motivated and team player
