The Company:

We’re partnering with a fast-growing HealthTech startup transforming biosample management by connecting data across healthcare organizations. Their platform accelerates pre-clinical research and advances healthcare, serving biotech companies and healthcare organizations.

The Role:

As the first frontend-focused hire, you will play a key role in shaping and expanding the user interface of their sample procurement marketplace. You’ll be responsible for creating and refining features that enhance the platform’s user experience. This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of frontend development, leveraging your expertise in Next.js, React, and other modern frontend technologies.

Your Skills and Experience:

• Frontend development experience, ideally in a startup environment
• Expertise in building scalable, responsive web applications using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and JavaScript
• Experience working with AWS and cloud-based technologies
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and ability to improve complex user flows
• Proven ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects from ideation to implementation
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize and execute efficiently
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working cross-functionally
• Experience in healthcare or related industries is a plus, but not required

The Benefits:

A base salary between $160,000 - $180,000 + Equity and comprehensive health, dental, vision, and 401k benefits.
