CNC Programmer:

We are seeking 2 experienced CNC Programmers to join a close-knit team of skilled programmers and machinists. These positions offer a 4x10 schedule with flexible start times between 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. You’ll be part of a team of three programmers who collaborate closely to manage projects, solve complex machining challenges, and deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize 3-axis and 5-axis CNC programs using modern programming software.
• Collaborate with machinists to ensure programs are efficient and practical for production.
• Troubleshoot programming and machining issues, ensuring smooth operations on the shop floor.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to help them grow their programming skills.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Assist with machine setups and testing programs on the shop floor to confirm accuracy and precision.

What We're Looking For:

• 8-12+ years of CNC programming experience (preferred).
• Strong understanding of machining processes, with hands-on experience as a machinist being highly valued.
• Proficiency with 3-axis and 5-axis CNC programming.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
• A humble attitude, willing to share knowledge and learn from others.
