Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced District Manager to oversee the operations of 15 boutique stores. Our business thrives on delivering exceptional customer experiences and cultivating a strong team culture. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with experience in managing multiple retail locations, driving sales, and ensuring operational excellence, all while maintaining a customer-centric focus.


Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Staff Management:

  • Recruit, onboard, train, and develop store managers and their teams.
  • Foster a culture of exceptional customer service and team collaboration.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to improve individual and team results.

Operational Excellence:

  • Ensure all stores meet operational standards, including inventory management, merchandising, and compliance with company policies.
  • Implement and monitor company procedures and processes across all locations.
  • Address and resolve operational challenges to ensure seamless store operations.

Sales & Financial Performance:

  • Drive sales growth by developing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability across all stores.
  • Monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses, and inventory management.
  • Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for each store.

Customer Experience:

  • Champion a customer-first approach, ensuring that every store delivers an exceptional shopping experience.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to implement improvements that enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Strategic Planning & Reporting:

  • Develop and execute district-level strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Report regularly on district performance, challenges, and opportunities to senior leadership.

Travel & On-Site Support:

  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure consistency in operations and provide hands-on support.
  • Act as a liaison between stores and corporate leadership to ensure alignment on goals and initiatives.
