National Sales Manager
You are a results-driven sales leader passionate about building strong client partnerships and leading teams to achieve ambitious growth goals.
This position pays: $180,000–$200,000 base + open-ended bonus
Location: Hybrid in Vacaville, California
Schedule: Hybrid role with 50% travel across the Western USA (Tuesdays–Thursdays)
What you will be doing:
- Team Leadership: Mentor, supervise, and support a team of five sales representatives.
- Sales Strategy: Drive revenue growth by establishing and maintaining strong client partnerships.
- Hands-On Collaboration: Work on-site in Vacaville to understand the business and coordinate with operations teams.
- Client Engagement: Travel across the Western USA to meet clients and build relationships.
What you bring:
- 5–10+ years of sales management experience (packaging industry preferred).
- Expertise in pricing, quality sales, and building long-term partnerships.
- Familiarity with distribution, CRM systems, and analytics.
- Confident, personable, and results-driven approach with a strategic mindset.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and drive business growth.
