Job Title: Territory Sales Manager (TSM)


Summary:

The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) is responsible for overseeing 20-35 sites, maximizing profitability, increasing brand value, and ensuring customer and dealer satisfaction. This role includes fieldwork, sales activities, marketing, and merchandising within the designated territory, as well as collaborating with multiple departments to achieve company goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales meetings with accounts, enforce retail standards, and implement performance improvement plans.
  • Manage marketing initiatives, including signage, product ordering, and dealer participation.
  • Counsel dealers on store operations, inventory, product placement, and customer service.
  • Prepare territory analysis, document account conditions, and oversee compliance with company policies.
  • Administer contracts, including renewals and amendments, and ensure compliance with insurance and legal requirements.
  • Monitor financial performance, conduct audits, and develop action plans.
  • Oversee capital improvements and environmental compliance.
  • Manage supply and distribution issues, pricing strategies, and competitive analysis.
  • Resolve customer and dealer complaints, conduct investigations, and report findings.
  • Perform other duties as required.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with sales and financial analysis.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Ability to work in diverse environments and handle physical demands.
