Below are the work hours and Tuesday to Saturday schedule.
- First shift – Tuesday-Saturday 9 AM to 5:30 PM EST (including one late day of 10:30am – 7:00pm) -$16.50/Hr on w2
Required Skills:
- Accurate data entry skills with intermediate computer skills including variety of computer software developed both in-house i.e. Microsoft Office.
- Places calls to the investigator sites delivery sponsor alerts, voice alert values, and any other critical values.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and time management skills
- Strong client and phone service skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to support quality decision making
- Good written and oral communication skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Interacting via email and phones with sites in studies.
- Working with participants samples from sites that have problems and need resolution from the site.
- Completing the paperwork to send out samples that are received in error.
- Communicating with project managers, logistics department and supplies department.
- Working on database daily on resolving exceptions that trigger from samples needing further data.
- Utilizing Microsoft Excel when working our exceptions.
