LHH is recruiting for a full time, B2B Account Manager to create long-term relationships and close sales. The Account Manager role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients, and actively seek new sales opportunities. This position requires excellent communication skills, a client-focused approach, and the ability to manage multiple account projects simultaneously.
Location: Onsite -Milwaukee, WI
Compensation: Base: $60K-70K base + commission
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a portfolio of assigned customers.
- Develop new business from existing clients.
- Actively seek new sales opportunities.
- Answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers.
- Liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Marketing and Operations) to improve the entire customer experience.
- Occasionally travel as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3+ years of B2B account management, inside or outside sales experience in a professional work environment.
- Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent listening and presentation abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- BA/BS degree in business, marketing, or relevant sales experience.
