Compensation: 80k-110k/year base DOE but flexible

We are looking for a middle man between the customers & manufacturing. Someone that can bridge the gap between scientists & manufacturing It is this person's responsibility to understand the manpower, space, resources, and budget to take on a new project. We need someone with lab experience, since they will be the one to help the product development team in the lab to actually manufacture that product. They'll be very hands-on!

• What we're looking for: BS in Chemistry, Biology, or another science-related field.
• Experience within manufacturing -- specifically, the pharmaceutical or life sciences field.
• Experience working in a lab setting.
• Experience within quality - with tasks like CAPAs, validation, etc.
• Day to Day: Work with Business Development to review opportunities with new clients & determine if the company can scale for their needs.
• Design & implement continuous improvement projects within multiple departments.
• Write formulation batch records & manufacturing specification sheets.
• Act as SME on all manufacturing operations.
• Hold support meetings both internally & externally with customers to share updates throughout process.
