Qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of 5 years of Lead Superintendent experience in wood framed Multifamily projects $20-50 million project value
• Preferred they live in the Colorado Springs area or willing to travel from Denver
• Experience in multiple new buildings being framed, roofing, roughed-in, exterior finishes, and sitework all being performed in a sequenced fashion
• Experienced in Procore and MS Project
• Experience in managing Assistant Superintendents and project team members
