Position: Construction Engineer

Location: Keesler AFB – Biloxi, MS

Duration: 6 month contract to hire

Working Hours: M-F 8-5

Start: ASAP

Must Haves:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management

- At least 5 years experience within construction doing construction management, superintendent, QA/QC, PM, etc.

- At least 2 years of public or federal work experience

- Can obtain a CAC card

Day-to-day :

An employer in Biloxi, MS is looking for a Construction Engineering Manager to join their team in support of a federal contract the have over the next 7 years. This will pay from $70,000 - $85,000 depending on qualifications and experience. In this role you will be responsible for:

* Maintains client and home office relationships and ensures compliance with contractual obligations

* Manages field construction, field, engineering, safety, quality, and other field project support activities (procurement, project controls, etc.)

* Conducts regular project inspections and advises project supervision of work progress?, ?quality of ?work and conditions requiring attention regarding safety?

* Coordinates with engineers?, ?inspectors?, ?and client?/?owner representatives to isolate project problems
