Job Description

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO on a professional and personal basis. This role involves managing calendars, handling projects, and administrative support to ensure the CEO’s business and personal operations run smoothly. This role is perfect for a self-starter who excels at organization and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment while supporting high-level executive operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, and appointments, and ensuring seamless coordination.
  • Assist with light projects, including research, drafting documents, or organizing information as needed.
  • Handle email correspondence, prioritizing and responding to communications on behalf of the CEO.
  • Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for meetings, providing agendas, background materials, and follow-up notes.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and support the CEO’s priorities.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Proficient in scheduling tools and software (e.g., Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, etc.).


Salary Range:

$110,000 - $115,000
