Responsibilities

• Develop KPIs
• Monitor, report on and analyze cash flows
• Analyze the financial impact of potential strategic initiatives
• Provide guidance to leadership & lead the budgeting process
• Lead a team of BI, IT and accounting/finance professionals
• Play a key role in systems integrations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, minimum
• 5+ years' of related experience
• Solid understand of US GAAP
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• History of partnering with and/or leading a BI & IT function
