Part-Time Restaurant Office Administrator
Hourly Rate: $30/hour (Paid Weekly)
Schedule: Approximately 20-25 hours per week

Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for numbers? We are seeking a reliable Part-Time Bookkeeper/Office Administrator to join our team and help maintain the financial health of our restaurant.
Job Details - Work Hours: Approximately 20-25 hours per week.
- Schedule:
- Office Work: 1-2 days per week at our location on 325 W 44th Street (Monday-Friday only).
- Remote Work: 1-2 days per week, with flexibility to work on Saturdays or Sundays if preferred.
- Compensation: $30/hour, paid weekly.
Responsibilities - Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports.
- Process payroll and ensure timely payments.
- Assist with budget preparation and financial planning.
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records.
Requirements - Proven experience as a bookkeeper, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Experience with QuickBooks Online is required.
- Experience with payroll management software is required.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Fintech platforms , and Toast point-of-sale software is preferred.
- Experience with invoice processing is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Availability to work 1-2 days in the office (Monday-Friday) and remotely on additional days.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications - Background in the restaurant industry.
- Familiarity with restaurant-specific financial processes and workflows.
