Job Description

***Only qualified Senior Salesforce Developer candidates located near the Trenton, NJ area to be considered due to the position requiring onsite presence***

Required education:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university in a related technical field.

Required Skills:

• Experience in Salesforce declarative environment Required 7 Years

• Hand-on experience with Salesforce configuration experience Required 7 Years

• Experience with Salesforce Web Services APIs - Force.com SOAP and REST-based web service APIS, the BULK API Required 7 Years

• Agile development experience Required 5 Years

• Experience retrieving data from Oracle Database Required 5 Years

• Experience creating dashboards and reports in Salesforce Required 5 Years

• Ability to communicate ideas, concepts, and strategies to both technical and non-technical people Required 5 Years

• Document application specifications and solutions to satisfy project requirements. Required 5 Years

• Identify and evaluate vendor/partner software and integration strategies. Required 7 Years

• Develop and code solutions to specification. Required 7 Years

• Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states and deliver a solution Required 7 Years

• Ability to lead design sessions and communicate design options to clients Required 5 Years

• Identify and implement appropriate testing strategies. Required 5 Years

• Execute all steps required to deploy/implement the application solution. Required 7 Years

• Participate in a self directed team environment. Collaborate with project team members and QA on development, customer issues, and security req's. Required 5 Years

Desired Skills:

• Experience in Java, J2EE, Struts, JSP, Javascript Highly desired 5 Years

• Experience with Metadata API Highly desired 5 Years

• Experience creating reports in Tableau Highly desired 5 Years

• Experience in Public Sector Foundation Nice to have 5 Years

Under the direction of a supervisor in the office at the client, this position will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions in Salesforce and integration solutions between Salesforce and other external systems. The candidate will liaison with different program offices, evaluate user requests, document functional and non-functional requirements, architect, develop and deploy solutions and ensure that the systems meet the desired specifications.

***Note: This is a Hybrid position - 3 Days On-Site, 2 Days Remote - No Exceptions***
