SKILLSET AND QUALIFICATIONS
5YEARS MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
- ServiceNow Expertise :
- Wants hands-on experience building ServiceNow ticketing systems, especially within the ITSM module.
- Strong understanding of low-code development principles, with the ability to:
- Set up and manage new ServiceNow instances independent of existing corporate environments.
- Collaborate with corporate teams to implement solutions that may require building or customizing APIs.
- Overcome challenges due to a lack of existing API libraries or corporate documentation by creating solutions from scratch.
- Customization Capabilities :
- Build and streamline ticketing processes for the Legal team.
- Pull specific fields (e.g., 10 fields) from different areas and consolidate them into a tailored workflow.
- Create a legal-specific ServiceNow instance to manage ticketing separately from the corporate environment.
Nice-to-Haves
- Javascript, Java, and any sort of autmation (robotics AI, 3rd party addons, etc) in the ServiceNow space would be nice
- If they have the skill for automation and get the team through a proof of concept, it would be awesome if they could train the team, but would take conceptual as well
- Pega Email Bot Integration :
- Familiarity with Pega for implementing email bot integrations with LLM (Large Language Model) suites.
- ServiceNow is the priority, but knowledge of both technologies would be a significant advantage.
- Proof of Concept: Automate email processing using AI and LLM to:
- Identify and categorize emails.
- Assign them to appropriate legal teams.
- Summarize documents and automate responses.
- This addresses a major bottleneck, as legal approvals for emails are time-consuming.
- Object-Oriented Programming Skills :
- A solid foundation in an object-oriented programming language to support low-code development and integrations.
