STAND 8 provides end to end IT solutions to enterprise partners across the United States and with offices in LA, Atlanta, New York, Raleigh, and more.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support the Fiber Construction Team by assisting with project coordination, reporting, administrative tasks, and overall project delivery. The ideal candidate will be able to handle multiple responsibilities, stay organized, and communicate effectively with both internal teams and external customers.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Fiber Construction Team across multiple projects, ensuring smooth operations and effective coordination.
  • Provide assistance with special reporting requirements for both customers and internal teams.
  • Help enter and update jobs in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Ensure all project milestones are met by providing support and following up with the Fiber Construction team on tasks and timelines.
  • Assist with miscellaneous projects and reports as needed.
  • Aid in securing access arrangements for major projects.
  • Prepare slide decks and presentations for Senior Management meetings.
  • Manage day-to-day operations and administrative activities, including:
  • Mailing, supply inventory, and purchasing
  • Coordinating building/suite access and maintaining office conditions
  • Arranging necessary repairs and event planning
  • Providing general support to visitors and addressing employee inquiries regarding office management
  • Take detailed notes during meetings and provide meeting minutes to the team.
  • Maintain an active log of off-site personnel entering remote locations.

    Qualifications

    • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or project management support role.
    • Strong computer skills with in-depth knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

    Additional Details

    The base range for this contract position is $15 - $22/per hour, depending on experience.

    Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered
