Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Miami, FL for a Production Coordinator. The Production Coordinator will be responsible for communication, production planning, production management, project management, and organizational tasks related to manufacturing processes.

  • Coordinate production through effective communication and partnership with the Development Coordinator, and tracking all details and reports. Ensuring timely delivery by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure productions are moving based off production deadlines. 
  • Assist in updating Production status reports with all incoming notes including bulk ship dates. 
  • Schedule production calls with all factory vendors for production team. 
  • Create and send PP and TOP POs. 
  • Maintain Ecom Production Details (size charts, weights, product descriptions) and Send SKUs.
  • Oversee Google Drive for production, including organizing all WIP Reports, PSR, and project documents.
  • Manage factory credits by confirming PO and Packing List differences/QC shortages.
  • Create warehouse orders and ensure timely delivery with all supporting documents. 
  • Create account supplies orders and ensure timely delivery to meet production timelines.

  • Update and maintain Daily report updates and calendar. 
  • Able to discuss all production updates on internal STRATA calls
  • Track and order account supplies to meet production timelines. 
  • Track internal and external inventory for production on Production Stock Monday board
  • Take all factory and internal production notes from calls, organize them, and send them through Slack. Additionally, ensure they are properly organized and stored on Google Drive.

  • Communication and Organization Skills
  • Production Planning and Production Management skills
  • Project Management expertise
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Experience in garment manufacturing or related field
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Production Management, or related field
  • Being bilingual is preferred (English & Spanish)
