The Director ensures operational excellence, enhances client service delivery, and contributes to strategic initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Draft client-ready communications and internal reports for financial planning actions.
  • Participate in firm-wide initiatives and contribute to management discussions.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to take direction and collaborate effectively.
  • Flexibility to work nontraditional hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software, including Excel, and familiarity with portfolio reporting systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or certifications (CFP, MBA, CFA, CPA, JD) are strongly preferred.
