Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:


• Review AAP/EEO categories to ensure they are appropriately assigned.

• Lock editing on Offer Template.

• New field (job subfamily) to be added to HCM, once created and assigned, validate for accuracy.

• Support Annual Compensation Planning (ACP) with audits/reporting.

• Assign SOC designation.

• Mid-year Min Wage Review.

• HCM Audit (to align with Min Wage Review).

• Headcount Report - cheat sheet for the new fields added for premiums and discounts.

• Create Knowledge Base Articles from existing resources.

• Process documentation when needed.

• Annual calendar of activities to be created.

• ACP Playbook – audit processes.

• Tier 1 - People Team Cases.

• Support global compensation survey management process, from ensuring data integrity of submission through analysis and application of survey results.

• Perform cost modeling of merit budget and salary structure design and maintenance to ensure remains market competitive.

• Provide expertise and consultation to People Team on job leveling, evaluation, market pricing, internal equity, and competitive pay analysis.

• Maintain compensation management software tool and reporting.

• Proactively support annual rewards process, including planning, testing, auditing, analyzing pay for performance recommendations, and reviewing communications.


Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field or equivalent experience.

Work Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of compensation experience required.
