Mobile Lead / Architect

Location: Fort Mill, SC (On-site)

About the Role: Lead mobile app development, manage a team, define mobile strategy, and ensure high-quality, performant apps for iOS & Android.

Responsibilities:

• Lead mobile development efforts.
• Manage & mentor a team of mobile developers.
• Define and execute the mobile product roadmap.
• Ensure code quality, best practices, and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX/UI, Product, Backend).

Qualifications:

• 5+ years mobile app development (iOS/Android), 2+ years in a lead role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Android (Kotlin/Java) and/or iOS (Swift/Objective-C).
• Experience with cross-platform tools (e.g., React Native, Flutter) a plus.
• Proven team leadership and mentorship skills.
• Agile/Scrum experience.
• Strong UI/UX understanding and collaboration skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience with CI/CD, backend integrations (RESTful/GraphQL), analytics, and mobile performance monitoring.
