Key Responsibilities of the Accountant:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Contribute to seamless month-end and year-end closings, including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Monitor and analyze budget variances, offering actionable insights and recommendations.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with precision and efficiency.
• Generate insightful financial reports to inform strategic decision-making.
• Provide critical support during audits by preparing documentation and addressing inquiries.
• Step in as a backup for AR/AP functions, ensuring smooth operations.
• Tackle ad hoc financial analysis and assist with special projects that drive organizational success.

Qualifications of the Accountant:

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 1–2 years of professional accounting or related financial experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
