Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Placement Recruiting Manager to join our team. This is a 180 role focused solely on recruiting, with no sales responsibilities. As a player-coach, you will lead by example, driving recruitment efforts while mentoring and developing your team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the healthcare sector.
• Mentor and coach a team of recruiters, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver exceptional recruitment solutions.
