Responsibilities include:
- Generate sales of engineering-related equipment and services.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities applying knowledge of customer's business and demonstrate value that results in sales.
- Communicate with new prospects and existing customers to identify, understand and support their needs.
- Travel to customer locations regularly.
- Grow new and existing accounts to maximum potential.
- Analyze customer specifications utilizing engineering applications to determine the best reliable products and solutions.
- Maintain relationships and customer loyalty.
- Develop and maintain relations with our suppliers.
- Provide monthly/annual sales forecast & planning.
Qualifications include:
- A Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Technical Discipline is preferred
- 2 - 3 years of proven sales experience preferably in the industrial marketplace which includes selling to large complex companies/industries.
- Ability to penetrate new accounts, develop solid business plans and effectively cover territory on a daily basis.
- Possess superior time management skills to meet and exceed expectations.
