Key Accountabilities
- – Responsible for tooling design and build to produce parts that meet customer requirements, which includes communication with customer concerning engineering issues
- – Manage documents & forms, which include work orders, routings, ECNs and bill of material to comply with QS procedures
- – Responsible for coordinating APQP process and procedures relative to individual projects, including FEMA, flow diagram and control plan
- – Responsible for keeping project on schedule to insure timely production start-up and delivery of parts to customer
- – Coordinate communications and activity of Die Shop, Quality & Production through various stages of development for suppliers.
- – Assist tool room personnel with troubleshooting production tooling

BA Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or
Substantial related experience as die making journeyman & tool design
