FUNCTION: Global Marketing

LOCATION: Cary, North Carolina USA

GET TO KNOW YOUR AREA:



  • Create global guidance and direct actionable digital marketing strategies and tactics to enable local marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify needs of local marketing campaigns to accelerate new capabilities, training and best practices in digital marketing that enables Envu to reach customers in new ways and drive demand more effectively.




YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:



  • Provide proactive digital campaign thought leadership & upskill local marketers to execute digital strategies in web, social, email & CRM that: a) drive demand for product portfolios and b) increase engagement with customers and qualified leads throughout the sales/marketing funnel.
  • Generate example plans and best practices for activating campaigns involving lead-generation tactics, marketing automation (email, events) and nurture journeys to guide leads from initial awareness to conversion.
  • Deliver training to marketing on best practices for creating, managing, monitoring, and developing content for social networks and websites.
  • Monitor global & local campaign analytics dashboards and advise on harmonized KPIs, optimization and best practices to enable more efficient return on investment in marketing campaigns.
  • Champion digital governance and standard operating procedures with local marketing teams (including web, CMS, social, analytics, CRM) to achieve greater harmonization and efficiency in digital marketing.
  • Co-lead digital marketing community and liaise between global digital platforms and local team needs to proactively drive development enhancements, capabilities, training and activation.
  • Manage the partner relationships with internal customers and digital agencies, coordinating weekly status meetings to manage digital projects on time and on budget.
  • Partner with key stakeholders (regional digital, communications, web development and agency teams) to ensure day to day implementation of key digital projects are conducted in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Provide support for CMS and digital platform updates (Sitecore, Funnel, MS Dynamics) to maintain timely global operation and functionality, including Envu.com.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in the digital marketing space.
  • International travel periodically required



ARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE?



Main requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in executing B2B digital campaigns, including web, social, marketing automation and CRM.
  • Expertise with a wide variety of lead generation tactics, including SEO, email marketing, content marketing, PPC and social media
  • Experience with CMS platforms and tools.
  • Data-driven mindset to optimize campaign performance with experience in data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics/Realtime Marketing is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proven experience managing and influencing interdisciplinary, multi-cultural peer communities.
  • Fluent in English, with additional languages an asset.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
