This mid-sized general contractor works on projects exclusively for the federal government, including agencies such as NAVFAC, Army Corps of Engineers, NSA, and the NIH. They have grown immensely over the past 5 years, and looking to add a Project Manager to the team who has federal government experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of project management experience within commercial construction
• Bachelors degree in Construction Management or similar preferred
• Experience with IDIQ contracts ideal

Responsibilities:

• Planning, executing, and monitoring project activities to meet objectives.
• Coordinating with team members to ensure that all project requirements are met on time
• Preparing status reports and managing communications throughout the project lifecycle
