Take2 is seeking an Executive Support Analyst in Washington DC.

Essential Functions

  1. Conducting research, preparing reports, responding to information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings
  2. Facilitating the coordination, response, and monitoring of all document requests and correspondence for internal and external requests in accordance with applicable policies and procedures
  3. Coordinating and preparing travel arrangements, authorization, and vouchers on behalf of Government staff through the CISA travel system
  4. Writing and editing memos, developing spreadsheets, filing, and copying documents
  5. Compiling correspondence, briefing materials, talking points, and reports for review/approval by Government staff
  6. Coordinating and scheduling internal and external meetings, organizing, and maintaining calendars (to include priority management of request) for CSD staff
  7. Reviewing and confirming meeting invitations include the correct title, purpose, agenda, documents, and appropriate list of attendees
  8. Taking meeting minutes/notes, providing executive summaries and action items for government approval, and distributing once approved
  9. Reviewing/analyzing accuracy of grammar, spelling, punctuation, and clarity of writing for internal and external communication
  10. Providing logistics support for on-site events such as coordinating teleconferences, video teleconferences, meeting registration, and room reservations
  11. Conducting off-site meeting venue research, as needed.
  12. Planning and facilitating working sessions and other efforts as requested by Government staff
  13. Organizing briefing materials and action items by preparing binders or as requested by Government staff.
  14. Being detail-oriented and a flexible problem-solver who is comfortable managing complex tasks and prioritizing competing demands.
  15. Multi-tasking and comfortably operating in a fast-paced environment, adapting in real-time to new information.
  16. Understanding the organizational policies and procedures for accuracy of solutions and deliverables to the client
  17. Demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer support


Required Education & Training

  1. Bachelor’s degree


Minimum Experience & Skills

  1. Five years, at a minimum, of administrative experience
  2. Proficient with Microsoft Office’s suite of products including SharePoint and Teams
  3. Knowledgeable with using the Concur travel system
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Desired Education/Certifications & Skills

  1. Previous experience supporting CISA and/or DHS
  2. Holds an ACTIVE Secret Clearance
