Job Posting: Trial Attorney (Personal Injury)

Location: San Francisco, CA

A leading plaintiff’s personal injury law firm is seeking an experienced Trial Attorney to join their team. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury litigation and a strong understanding of civil procedure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in various personal injury cases
• Prepare legal documents (discovery, pleadings, mediation briefs)
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies
• Advise clients and negotiate settlements
• Present evidence in court
