The Wilner Group has partnered with our client a boutique law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal services including dispute resolution and commercial litigation, in search of a Litigation Associate Attorney. In this role you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of cases, collaborate with talented colleagues, and make a meaningful impact on their clients’ legal needs. This position is full-time, with a hybrid schedule of 3 days on-site at their Parsippany, NJ location and 2 days working remotely—compensation: $155k-$165k based on experience. Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution.
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide strategic guidance to clients.
- Represent clients in conferences, hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners to develop litigation strategies.
- Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and settlement discussions.
- Stay current with legal developments and changes in relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active bar membership in good standing in NJ. NY or PA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience in a reputable law firm.
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proven track record of success in complex litigation cases.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and technology.
