As part of their growth plans, to grow the team from 7 to 20 AEs this year, they are looking for Energetic Mid-Market Account Executives to drive sales in the territory with a focus on new product pipeline growth.
A Current Mid-Market Account Executive's results from their first year: Closed 8 deals in Q4. 115% Attainment on $750k Ramped Quota. $1.05M Deal closed in Q3 (Insurance Company). 6 months Ramp, then Closing Deals Quick, with less than 6 months sales cycles and $150k ADS.
Compensation: $200k+ OTE + strong stock options. Good progression opportunities within the company as well as a winning culture.
