What You’ll Do: - Be the go-to contact for cruise line representatives on ship days.
- Reconcile ticket sales, manifests, and revenue reports to ensure accuracy.
- Process payments and prepare settlement invoices for visiting cruise lines.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve discrepancies and provide exceptional service.
- Maintain meticulous financial records and contribute to end-of-season reports.
