    Job Details
  • General job duties.
  • Types of procedures required.
  • Prepare exam area.
  • Sterile technique.
  • Assist MD with procedures.
  • Passing supplies.
  • Filming case.
  • Transporting patients.
  • Vascular procedures, Neuro vascular procedures, biopsies, drain, lines.
  • Equipment utilized in the unit/dept: EPIC charting, Fluoro equipment, ultrasound.
  • Assists physicians with arteriograms and or other specialized radiologic procedures under sterile technique in diagnosis and treatment of patients.
  • Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care that is appropriate to the ages of the patients served.
    Job Requirements
  • Prefer 2 years of either IR or Cath Lab experience.
  • Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required: BLS, AART.
    Schedule Information
  • M-F varied shift between 0730/0830-1600/1800.
  • Call requirement during the work week, weekends and holidays: 8-9 call shifts per 6 weeks.
    Unit Specific Information
  • Surgical scrubs which are provided.
